BOTA 1st 2k25 Men's Tournament               

Rules & Regulations:

1. 19/03/2025 is the Last date for entries/Registrations.

2. Delayed/spot registrations will not be entertained strictly.

3. For entries, player’s name & phone number is compulsory

4. For doubles, partners name and phone number is mandatory 

5. Particulars/ entries in the fixtures will be mentioned only after the player has paid his/ teams registration fee.

6. Coaches can only participate in Open Category.

7. A player can participate in Maximum 3 events only.

8. Players should strictly maintain tennis attire for playing matches i.e T-shirt, Shorts and non- marking shoes.

9. Matches can be organised on any surfaces. i.e clay & synthetic courts.

10. Players arriving late for their respective match will be treated as walk-over.

11. Only ITF approved balls will be used for the entire tournament.

12. a. Open category singles and doubles matches will start on 21th March, 2025 only.

12. b.  30+, 40+, 50+, 60+ category singles will start on 21th March 2025 only.

13. A players qualifying age with respect to date of birth as on 21/03/2025.

14. Organisers have all the rights to demand aadhaar card as age proof.

15. Refrees and organisers decision will be final.

16. Players should kindly adhere to Organisers/ Refrees decision.
